Surendra Singh elaborated on the state’s green endeavours, explained its ongoing programmes, results achieved, challenges faced, and the envisioned way forward. The department’s other top officials also attended the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28), held in Dubai from November 30 to December 12.
