In a highly anticipated cinematic event, National Geographic premiered 'The Butterfly Effect' on its channel in India on December 16, 2023. The film, produced by National Geographic Creative Works, unravels Wipro's extraordinary journey, providing a captivating glimpse into the company's relentless pursuit of net-zero carbon emissions.

'The Butterfly Effect' sheds light on Wipro's innovative and sustainable measures to counter the adverse impacts of global warming. As industrial progress symbolises advancement through electricity and energy, the documentary delves into the consequences of heightened temperatures, unpredictable weather patterns, rising sea levels, and catastrophic heat waves. It is a stark reminder of the urgent need for corporate responsibility in an era marked by climate crises.

The film highlights Wipro's dedication to achieving 100 percent renewable energy on their campuses by 2030. By exploring cutting-edge solutions such as underfloor air distribution for cooling, advancements in energy-efficient design, and initiatives to recycle organic waste and water, the documentary unveils a blueprint for addressing the challenges of today's climate crisis.
