Gensol is set to develop 500-kW grid-connected, ground-mounted solar power project, supplying energy to the hydrogen refuelling station
Gensol Engineering Ltd. announced that it has emerged as the lowest bidder for NHPC's Kargil Green Hydrogen Mobility Station EPC Project in Ladakh. Gensol secured this project by showcasing techno-commercial competency in collaboration with Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd, as stated in a company release.
Gensol is set to develop a 500-kW grid-connected, ground-mounted solar power project, supplying energy to the hydrogen refuelling station.
The scope of work encompasses the entire balance of plant EPC, covering the installation of the green hydrogen system, storage, and dispensing facilities. Additionally, it includes the necessary civil and electrical infrastructure for the integrated solar and hydrogen operations in Ladakh.
The project is commissioned by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. (NHPC) and is slated for completion within 12 months from the issuance of the work order.
